What we collect
Only the email address you give us to subscribe to the newsletter, and whatever you write to us when you get in touch by email or phone. This site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics.
The Ciak assistant
If you open the chat, the messages you type are sent to Rivinci, the service that powers the assistant, in order to generate a reply. Not asking for personal data is part of its instructions: please do not type your name, contact details or payment data into the chat. The conversation is not stored on your device and ends when you close the page.
Why we process it
Your email address is used solely to send you the newsletter with the cinema programme. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your address for as long as you stay subscribed. When you ask to be removed, we delete it from the list.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data by writing to cinemaapolloalbinea@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
